NATURE KIDS! WINTER BREAK DISCOVERY WORKSHOP

Pre-registration is required.  

 

Ages: 5 years - 8 years. 10 A.M. – 12 P.M.  $21 per class. 
Join us at the Nature Center for an exploration of the trails this winter!  Children will experience nature through investigation, hands-on activities, games and crafts. Children must have Kindergarten experience.
 
Wild About Writing - December 22

Take a walk on the wild side to notice the things that make nature special. We will discover how to best capture nature’s gifts through the art of nature journaling: one part drawing, one part writing, and plenty of observing.

Celebrate the offerings of nature with beautiful seasonal creations made from recycled materials and things found in nature.

As the days grow shorter, we can feel the chilly changes set in. Find out how animals adapt to survive and try your hand at crafting a fitting habitat for a season of rest.
