El Dorado Nature Center is partnering with the California Coastal Commission to coordinate six cleanups sites in Long Beach. Joining us as site captains are Surfrider, Aquarium of the Pacific, Algalita, and Seal Beach Yacht Club.

We invite you to participate in this great collaborative event. As a community, we can make a positive impact on the health of our local coastline.

  When?

  • Saturday, September 17, 2022.
  • 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.

Participating is easy - all you have to do is show up at any of our sites and sign in! Parking will be free for volunteers during the event at all locations.

Where?

We have four sites in Long Beach:

  • Junipero Beach: 2100 E. Ocean Blvd Long Beach 90803
  • Belmont Pier: 3998 E. Allin St. Long Beach 90803
  • 54th and Claremont: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd. Long Beach 90803
  • Peninsula: 72nd Pl. and Ocean Blvd. Long Beach 90803
  • Mother's Beach: 5839 Appian Way Long Beach 90803
  • Seal Beach Yacht Club: 255 N. Marina Dr. Long Beach 90803

What do I bring?

All participants must sign a liability waiver form.  Waivers will be available at each site or you can download and bring one with you.
