This area has recently been developed into a beautiful mini-park. This development includes a playground, picnic tables, benches, trees and turf.
History
Fellowship Park is on a portion of the former Pacific Electric Railway Right-of-Way acquired from Long Beach Self Storage, who developed the park and transferred it to the City as a condition of approval to build self-storage facilities on two block of the right-of-way easterly from the site. The park on June 26, 2004 and offers a playground, picnic benches and lawn and trees.
