This long, narrow area provides a ribbon of green space for residents to enjoy.

History

A 40-foot wide section of the former Pacific Electric Railway system was made into the Daisy Avenue Greenbelt in the 1906 subdivision of the Chandler & Miller Boulevard Tract neighborhood. The City acquired the land in 1956 and planted turf and deodar cedar trees. Every Christmas season the area becomes "Christmas Tree Lane," with holiday displays.
