Face coverings must be worn by all patrons, except children under the age of 2, when in library buildings. This requirement is in accordance with the most recent Health Order from the Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services.

Long Beach Public Library is promoting Brainfuse VetNow during the month of November. VetNow has online expert help for veterans and their families. Whether it's help with benefits and eligibility or transitioning a resume to civilian life, VetNow has veterans helping veterans with all of it. Connect to a live person who can direct you to resources for jobs and careers, food and housing, mental health and physical health, education and much more. There are thousands of resources available to veterans and their families and VetNow can help you find the ones you want.

VetNow also has resume review, live job and interview coaches, math and writing skills refreshers, and help signing up for unemployment benefits and it’s all completely free.
