A Celebration of Native American Heritage

The Long Beach Public Library will host RedBoy Productions, a Native American family dance company, at Billie Jean King Main Library on Tuesday, November 12 at 5 PM. The event will celebrate Native American history and culture from historical past to the present through song, dance, and storytelling! Refreshments will be served and registration is not required.

RedBoy Productions is a Dance Group led by Ba’ac Garcia, a member of the Tohono O’odham Nation. He and his siblings learned the importance of education and cultural sharing through their Mother, Lupe Lopez, an educator for the past 15 years as a Long Beach Unified School District teacher.

RedBoy Productions offers an appreciation of Native American History and Culture from historical past to the present. They provide cultural enrichment and Native American Law Consultation through workshops that enlighten Native American Culture and Traditions. The dance group is proud to be enrolled Tribal Members of their respective Tribe and their goal is to educate, share culture, and bring existence to communities.
