Please join us for the Miller Room's monthly book club for adults! We are reading a rotating selection of fiction and non-fiction books and short stories relating to various topics on the arts/performing arts, Asian heritage and culture, libraries and special collections, and our local Long Beach/Southern California area history.

This month we'll be discussing the 1964 classic memoir, A MOVEABLE FEAST by Ernest Hemingway (the original 1964/2003 edition), detailing Hemingway's life and experiences in 1920s Paris (where he lived as a fledgling writer with his first wife, Hadley Richardson), as well as his interactions with other famous ex-pat writers, artists, and intellectuals also living and working in Paris during this time.

This book club is currently meeting online via Zoom and is limited to a maximum of 10-12 people per meeting, so pre-registration/RSVPs are necessary.
