Business Partner Brief 2020

Although the majority of LGB’s 1,166 acres are reserved for the safe operation of aircraft, LGB boasts a diverse mix of tenants beyond the airfield, including businesses related to general aviation, aircraft maintenance and repair, aviation manufacturing and general office space. LGB has 55 ground lease agreements in place, covering approximately 250 acres and $8.4 million in annual revenue.
