Residential property owners now have access to four pre-approved plans for accessory dwelling unit (ADUs) projects. The plans, which are limited to single-story, freestanding ADUs of less than 1,200 sq. ft., can then be submitted for over-the-counter review and permit issuance at our Development Permit Center. Three additional plans will be posted in the near future.
