Help Shape New Zoning Regulations

Zone In City Core (ACZIP)
Long Beach Development Services will be hosting a series of open house events as part of the Zone In: City Core (ACZIP) effort, previously known as the Anaheim Corridor Zoning Implementation Plan (ACZIP). Zone In: City Core is a collaboration between the City of Long Beach and the community to update zoning regulations in the area bounded by Pacific Coast Highway, 10th Street, Magnolia and Ximeno Avenues.

The plan will create a more complete community where residents, businesses, jobs and shopping are located near each other with a more pedestrian-friendly design. As the first step to reimagine the Zone In: City Core (ACZIP) project area and surrounding neighborhoods, community members are encouraged to share their vision by participating in an upcoming virtual open house.
