Income-eligible tenants who have experienced financial loss or hardship due to COVID-19, as well as landlords, can both apply to receive rental assistance to pay 100% of unpaid rent and utilities from April 2020 to present through the Long Beach Emergency Rental Assistance Program (LB-ERAP).
The application period will remain open until funds have been exhausted.
