Now Available: In-Person Appointments for Limited Permit Services

Limited in-person service at the City Hall 2nd Floor Permit Center is now available by appointment only for the following permit types:

Express Permits (minor construction projects). See Information Bulletin IB-058 Express Permit Service for a list of minor construction projects that qualify for this service.
Over-the-Counter Permits (construction projects). See Information Bulletin IB-002 OTC Permit Service for a list of construction projects that qualify for this service.

Those with appointments entering City Hall must wear face coverings and meet other COVID-19 safety guidelines. Walk-ins without appointments will not be allowed.
