The City of Long Beach will receive $3,618,830 in Community Development Block Grant-Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funding and $1,846,866 in Emergency Solutions Grant-Coronavirus (ESG-CV) funding to allocate to activities that address COVID-19 related community needs.
In addition, FY 2018 and FY 2019 Action Plans will be amended to re-appropriate $2,000,000 in Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds to further increase the City’s COVID-19 response and lessen its negative impacts.
The Amended Action Plan describes how these funds will be spent locally.
