The City is accepting applications for the 2019 Mills Act Property Tax Abatement Program (Mills Act). The Mills Act is a State law that allows local governments to enter into contracts with owners of historically significant properties, and offers economic incentives to qualifying owners of historic or designated landmark sites upon agreement to rehabilitate, restore, and protect their property. Join us for two important workshops to learn more:

- Application Workshop: Saturday, March 9, 2019, 10:00 a.m. – Ramona Park Activity Room, 3301 E. 65th St., Long Beach, CA 90805
All potential applicants or their representative are required to attend both workshops. Mills Act applications are processed once a year, during the application period. The deadline to submit an application is Friday, March 29, 2019.
