The City is preparing Historic District Design Guidelines to provide information on the types of alterations that are permitted under City regulations. Residents in the California Heights Historic District are invited to a free workshop on Saturday, November 10, 2018, 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., at the Long Beach Petroleum Club, 3636 Linden Ave. to review and provide input on the proposed design guidelines. Children’s activities and refreshments will be provided.
