The City is preparing Historic District Design Guidelines to provide information on the types of alterations that are permitted under City regulations. The community is invited to an open house on Saturday, April 14, 2018, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Immanuel Place Community Room, 3215 E. 3rd St., to review and provide input on draft guidelines for the Bluff Park and Bluff Heights historic districts. Children’s activities and refreshments will be provided.
