We are now accepting applications for the 2018 Mills Act Property Tax Abatement Program (Mills Act). The Mills Act is a State law that allows local governments to enter into contracts with owners of historically significant properties, and offers economic incentives to qualifying owners of historic or designated landmark sites upon agreement to rehabilitate, restore, and protect their property.
