• Plan Review Status
  Provides basic information regarding the status of a project that has been submitted to the Building and Safety Bureau for plan check. A project number will be provided to the applicant when the application is screened and routed to the various agencies for review. A project number will be required to query the plan review status.
• Permit Status
  Provides basic information regarding the status of a project after the permit has been issued and that is or will be receiving inspections during the construction of the building or structure. A project number or project address will be required to query the inspection status.
• Records
  Provides basic information regarding the historical or archival construction document records (e.g., permit, certificate of occupancy, plans, reports, etc.) of a project. A project number or project address will be required to query these records, if available.
• Public Records Requests
  Provides basic information regarding Public Records Request where Building & Construction Document Records cannot be found in the above links or for other types of Public Records to the City of Long Beach.
