A twelve-story Renaissance Revival style 159 unit own-your-own apartment built by some of the City's most prominent businessmen under the leadership of L.Y. Cooper and Effie B. Cooper. Luxurious amenities included a Spanish loggia, a lobby living room with Italian terrazzo floors, a domed ballroom, a rooftop solarium with a glass enclosed cafe, art deco panelling and bronze doors. The basement contained facilities for beach bathers and other recreational rooms. There is also a landscaped courtyard and ground floor retail shops.
