This exceptionally well-preserved Craftsman fourplex exemplifies a type of building that flourished in Long Beach in the coastal area, reflecting a demand for housing near the beach. The fine wood craftsmanship shows the respect for natural materials which characterized the Craftsman Bungalow style. The interiors have retain their original woodwork, built-ins, windows, doors and light fixtures.
