Everyone’s Coast is made up of two sub-areas, each with distinct but related goals:
- Sub-Area One includes the coastal community between Alamitos Avenue and Naples Island, south of Broadway. This area will have its major corridors rezoned to implement the City’s General Plan and increase housing availability and affordability in Coastal Long Beach.
- Sub-Area Two includes the Central Long Beach community defined by the boundaries of PCH to the north, Magnolia to the west, 10th Street to the south, and Ximeno to the east. This area will have mobility investment recommendations to improve access to and from Long Beach’s coastal region.
