About Livable West Long Beach
The City of Long Beach is developing a comprehensive and strategic plan to enhance the quality of life in West Long Beach. Fortunately, there are already numerous community initiatives aimed at improving the quality of life of families, schools, business corridors, and neighborhoods in this area; as well as various proposed strategies and concepts under development. Funded through the generosity of the Long Beach Board of Harbor Commissioners, the Plan will lead to the next steps of ensuring that existing regional, City and Port livability focused policies, projects, and plans are funded and implemented.
