The City of Long Beach receives annual funding from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help improve our neighborhoods. The entitlement funds come from three funding sources: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME).
