2019 DRAFT CAPER PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD

The CAPER assesses the City's progress and the effectiveness of its performance during FY 2018-19 in the achievement of its overall strategies, objectives, and priorities outlined in the FY 2018-22 Consolidated Plan. The City will submit this report to HUD prior to December 30, 2019.

A copy of the report, along with any current public comments, will be available to the public at the Neighborhood Services Office/Resource Center (411 W.
