Development Services is proud to be the recipient of the 2017 California Association of Public Information Official (CAPIO) Award of Merit in the External Publications: Annual Reports category for the Downtown Plan Update, Planning Commission, and Cultural Heritage Commission 2016 In Review publications. CAPIO is California’s only professional association especially for communications professionals, with over 500 members representing agencies and organizations Statewide.
