The City is now accepting online applications for a priority registration list for non-primary residence short-term rentals (STR), as allowed under a recently enacted Ordinance adopted by the Long Beach City Council.

City council voted to allow registration of non-primary residences for STR operations, as well as un-hosted stays.

The Permit Center will remain closed until further notice. We have implemented modified operations to continue serving customers online and by phone and email during this closure.
