Do you need to drop off an application or pick up supplies for your neighborhood association in person? The Neighborhood Resource Center (NRC) has been added to the variety of services offered at City Hall’s 2nd floor Development Permit Center.
Appointments for NRC services are available Mondays from 1 – 4 p.m. and Wendesdays from 9 – 11:30 a.m. Walk-in customers are also welcome during these days and times, but appointments are highly encouraged to help minimize wait times and best serve customers.

The Neighborhood Resource Center (NRC) assists neighborhood and community organizations to increase their effectiveness and improve their neighborhoods by providing a variety of resources and tools.
