IT Box
The IT Box is designed to fit within the footprint of an existing two‐car garage and functions as a means of converting your garage into a small single‐story building. The IT Box can be built as a detached accessory dwelling or modified to provide an addition to an existing single‐family residence. It adds a self‐sustaining private and acoustically controlled space on the property. With large sliding glass doors, the IT Box merges interior with exterior spaces, with an option to extend the aluminum structural framing to provide a covered patio area for additional living space.
