"Reducing homelessness and increasing affordable housing is our top priority for the City of Long Beach. This work is done collaboratively across many City departments, including the City Manager's Office, the City Attorney's Office, City Prosecutor, Health and Human Services, Parks, Rec, Marine, and Library, Economic Development, and Disaster Preparedness, Emergency Communications. The Office of Civic Innovation is building upon their previous work with the Justice Lab and developing quick response services, utilizing data analyitcs, and developing program innovation in reducing homelessness in Long Beach."
