OUR UNIQUE PROCESS
INITIAL USER RESEARCH
We partnered with several UX Design classes at CSULB to learn about the different types of user groups (non-tech savvy, immigrants, etc) that will be viewing our videos.
KICK OFF MEETING
We invited key stake holders, the tech owners, and several user groups to a meeting to ensure the longevity and institutionalization of the initiative once it left the i-team incubator.
STYLE GUIDE
Creating a style guide was fundamental in institutionalizing the initiative by ensuring a consistent visual language. We also created templates to help with a consistent look.
