The Human Resources Talent Acquisition (TA) division supports city departments, employees, and applicants throughout the recruitment process for the Unclassified workforce. Strong focus is placed on revitalizing and centralizing key areas of the City’s recruitment and onboarding processes while curating a great candidate experience. The TA division enforces hiring practices that reflect and align with the City’s diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

- Effectively communicating with the candidates and hiring managers to minimize missed opportunities to recruit great talent.
