Insurance Requirements
The City requires insurance from all agencies, legal entities, and all individuals that are parties to various written agreements with the City of Long Beach. The links below will provide you with the information you need to meet the City's Insurance Requirements.
In order to access Certifitrac+, you will need to contact Risk Management for a password and user ID. This gives access to view certificates online and generate reports regarding insurance certificate management for your department.
