Open weekdays from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m.
*Please note that the MSC closes at 2 p.m. on Thursdays*
*During Inclement Weather Shelter activations, the MSC will open at 9 a.m. on weekdays to allow staff time to clean and reset the waiting room for regular services. If the activation is continuing through the weekend, no exits are needed.
Activations occur during extreme weather conditions, including rain or nighttime temperatures below 45 degrees in the winter season.*

Get Help at the Multi-Service Center (MSC)
The Multi-Service Center (MSC) is the main place to get help if you’re experiencing homelessness in Long Beach. It’s the entry point for Long Beach’s Coordinated Entry System and connects people to essential services, including:
