The Health Access (HA) program assists individuals with enrolling in health coverage programs such as Medi-Cal, Covered California, and the Kaiser Community Health Coverage Program (KPCHCP).
Please note that the HA program does not collect or store information about immigration status. However, immigration status may be used by individual health coverage programs to determine eligibility.

Walk-ins are welcome, but we encourage appointments to ensure prompt assistance. DO NOT mail applications to the above address. We are not a Medi-Cal nor a Covered CA processing center. ALL MAILED APPLICATIONS WILL BE RETURNED!
For enrollment assistance, please bring the following:
- Government-issued identification (Driver's License, ID Cards, or Military ID)
- Proof of Citizenhip or Resident Alien Card (Green Card), if applicable
- Social Security Cards or numbers
- Paystubs and/or latest tax records
- Proof of pregnancy, if applying for pregnancy related coverage
