Our Immunization & Travel Clinic offers comprehensive vaccination services. We provide routine immunizations, including COVID-19 vaccines for uninsured adults (19+) and for Medi-Cal–covered children ages 6 months to 18 years.  You can schedule an appointment by calling the clinic at: (562) 570-7912. 

Additionally, our Travel Clinic specializes in preventive care for travelers to foreign destinations, providing itinerary review, vaccine administration, certifications, and prescriptions for traveler's diarrhea and malaria prevention. Appointments should be made at least one month before departure. 

The clinic does not ask about or collect information about immigration status.

  The Travel Clinic provides a comprehensive service that includes:  Itinerary review conducted by a Registered Nurse  Vaccine administration Vaccine certifications  Prescription for Traveler's diarrhea  Prescription services for malaria prevention  Client education and useful safety tips for travelers	2525 Grand Ave., Rm 145 Available M-F 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.	(562) 570-7912 Call for available vaccines. Appointments must be made one month prior to departure.	$54 per person, plus the cost of vaccination and certifications.  There is a $24.00 fee for any follow-up appointments.

• Mobile Vaccination Services

  Free service offered on weekdays to persons who are not able to travel to the Immunization Clinic, such as persons who are not able to leave their home, persons with disabilities, access or functional needs, those in skilled nursing, elder care, sober living and in other long-term care facilities. The Mobile Vaccination Team brings vaccines directly to the community, offering routine and recommended vaccines like MMR, COVID-19, flu, and RSV for children and adults. • TB Skin Test

  We offer a skin test, like the one for detecting tuberculosis (TB), to check if you've been exposed to the bacteria that causes TB.
