Senior Links
Senior Links is a program within the Healthy Aging Center that provides public health nursing and social work services to older adults in need of supports by conducting home or telehealth visits, and providing connections to needed services. Anyone 55 or older living in Long Beach, who needs help to continue living safely and independently in their home is encouraged to seek care.The Senior Links Program can connect senior to these types of services and more:
