DRAFT FY26 ANNUAL PLAN POSTED FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

The proposed FY26 PHA Annual Plan is available for a 45-day public comment period ending September 4, 2026.

The Annual Plan provides an overview of the PHA’s policies, programs, services, and operational requirements. It also communicates the PHA’s mission, goals, and objectives for serving low-, very low-, and extremely low-income families, and informs HUD, participating families, and the public of these priorities.

No changes are proposed in the FY26 Annual Plan.

Members of the public are invited to review the plan and submit comments during the public comment period.
