Allowances for Utilities and Other Services
The Housing Authority has approved revisions to both the Standard Utility Allowance Schedules and the Energy Efficient Utility Allowance Schedules for new construction projects.
The Standard Utility Allowance Schedules are used when calculating the tenant portion of utility costs that each assisted household must pay.The Energy Efficient Utility Allowance Schedules are used to calculate tenant-paid utility costs in new residential construction projects that meet specificenergy criteria.
