The Housing Authority has partnered with AffordableHousing.com, which provides an enhanced program to list rental properties on line. Listings are available to potential Housing Choice Voucher tenants seeking apartment units, duplexes, single-family homes or townhomes in the private market.

Please be advised that a supplemental rental listing is available in PDF format temporarily until rental owners and management companies start listing their rentals in our new system.

Owners

Landlords add your rental property

Please note that all properties listed before 8/22/2011 on the Housing Authority of Long Beach web site must be re-listed and property owners must re-register each property in order to begin listing rental units on the new system. It is recommended that Landlords add pictures to their listing for better advertising and faster lease up!
