Bike Registration

The City of Long Beach has partnered with 529 Garage—the premier online bike registry—to easily pass along information in case of theft. Long Beach residents are encouraged to register their bikes at project529.com/longbeach or through the 529 Garage App. If a bike is stolen, residents can immediately alert the local 529 Network in the 529 App or website. Then, a police report should be filed using the information on the 529 Account to identify the bike. If a bike is found, the information provided at registration makes it easier for authorities to reunite an owner with their bike.
