Long Beach Junior Guards prep course

The Long Beach Junior Lifeguards are excited to announce that they are once again offering a tryout preparation course in partnership with Long Beach Parks, Recreation & Marine!
This class is designed to give future JGs the tools and skills they need to pass the swim test requirement. Your child should be able to swim 4 laps (100 yds.) in a pool under 3 minutes and 30 seconds to qualify.

Free evaluations are offered if you have any questions regarding your child's eligibility.
