Convenience Fee
Garage/Yard Sale Permit Online. The cost of a garage/yard sale permit is $17. There is a convenience fee/processing fee of $1.59 charged by Kubra for processing the online transaction. The City of Long Beach will not receive this fee. MasterCard, Visa debit or credit cards, or a bank account are accepted payment types. You will need your Long Beach utility account number or previously held a garage sale at this location to use the online function.
