Adult-Use Cannabis Business Licenses
Every cannabis business that wants to serve the adult-use cannabis market in Long Beach needs to apply for an adult-use cannabis business license. Adult-use cannabis is used for personal consumption by people 21 years of age or older.
An adult-use cannabis license does not allow the business to serve the medical market. Both licenses are needed to serve both markets.
