In response to a recent increase of phone and internet scams, Long Beach Utilities, consisting of natural gas, refuse, sewer and water, urges residents to practice caution. Please remember that Long Beach Utilities will never ask you for payment over the phone. We do not communicate with our customers via text message and if someone contacts you requesting immediate payment, never give out your personal information over the phone.
