City of Long Beach BizCare Program
The BizCare Hotline supports Long Beach community members who want help accessing resources and information to support their small business or nonprofit. BizCare staff connect business owners and nonprofit leaders to important resources and information, such as grants, loans, technical assistance, information on City policies, and more. The BizCare Hotline is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. Here are the following ways you can connect with the BizCare team to access resources and request assistance:

Visit a BizCare Pop-Up (See schedule below)
BizCare Pop-ups are available to all Long Beach small businesses and are located in neighborhoods that have been most impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The Pop-ups provide business owners or their representatives with free one-on-one, in-person technical assistance to complete local, nonprofit, state, and federal grant applications free of charge. Businesses are also introduced to other resources such as loans and referrals to business-serving organizations. Services are delivered in English, Spanish, and Khmer. The BizCare Pop-ups operate in the following locations and times.
BizCare Hotline and Email
The BizCare Hotline provides information to businesses on small business programs and resources, Health Orders, and relevant City policies. The hotline operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Business owners may contact Customer Service Representatives via the BizCare Hotline by calling 562-570-4BIZ (4249).
Businesses may also contact Customer Service Representatives by email at 4Biz@longbeach.gov. Both voicemails and emails received will be responded to within 24 hours for customers that contact the BizCare team after normal working hours.
The BizCare Outreach Team focuses on helping small businesses located in low-to-moderate income areas learn about and benefit from small business grants, loans, technical assistance, and more. The Outreach team is currently visiting businesses weekly to inform them about various City and community resources available to small business owners.
BizCare Business Support Partnership
BizCare staff has collaborated with CBOs by providing regular updates on grant applications, information on the latest avaialble grants, and by attending community events to engage with business owners and the community.
