People's State of the City 2016

Release Date: 2016-02-22

It takes courage to achieve our vision for a healthy and thriving Long Beach: the courage of residents to work together and the courage of our elected leaders to pass strong policies that don't leave anyone behind.

Join over 400 local residents as we come together to reflect on the challenges and opportunities in our neighborhoods-from housing, community safety, and jobs, to our environment, economic development, and education. Help us create a courageous vision for Long Beach that embraces our diversity and includes all residents.

Child watch and Spanish, Khmer translation will be provided. Early arrival, carpool, and/or Long Beach Transit route 90s or 151 are encouraged. For more ways to get engaged, follow #PSOTC2016.
