“I look forward to working closely with Robert and seeking his advice, counsel, and support in our District and City-wide initiatives,” Councilwomen Kerr said. “Robert’s background and regional expertise will help in shaping a strong and sustainable future for Long Beach’s Fifth Council District.”

“The Fifth Council District has a unique charm and ability to help Long Beach move froward as a city,” Allarte said. “I am looking forward to leading the D5 team and being a strategic partner for Councilwomen Kerr in making sure we offer and provide the best possible service for the residents of Long Beach’s Fifth Council District.”
