Help Us Give Back This Holiday Season
In celebration of Veterans Day and as we enter into the holiday season, the Office of Councilwoman Megan Kerr is partnering with the Long Beach Area Veterans Collaborative to hold a Veterans Donation Drive! Find locations across CD5 from Monday, November 11 - Friday, December 27, 2024, and help us in giving back to local veterans in need.
What to donate?
- New Clothes (pants, packaged socks & underwear, winter wear, jackets, scarfs, gloves)
- New blankets, shoes.
- New bathroom sets (wash cloths, towels)
- First aid kits, medication pill counter
- New Kitchen sets (cups, plates, utensils, cutlery, drying rack, dish towels)
- New Hygiene care (soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush, toothpaste, razors, shaving cream, deodorant, wet wipes, toilet paper)
- Daily planner, calendar, notepad & pens, wallet, backpacks

Alternatively, you can support by buying an item from the drive's Amazon Wish List, which will send your donation directly to our office, or by making a monetary donation to lbavcoll.org/donate.
