Explore the Historic Ship for Free

It's time for the annual free District 5 Community Day aboard the Queen Mary! Join the Office of Councilwoman Kerr as we partner with the Queen Mary to allow free entry aboard the historic ship for District 5 residents from 5pm - 8pm on Monday, August 4, 2025. Spaces are limited, be sure to RSVP today!

The Queen Mary will handle reservations. Discounted parking will be available with validation. Visit queenmary.com/whatsondeck to learn more about what to do while on board!

Queen Mary Community Day FAQs:

Parking: Upon arrival, you will be directed on where to park. Parking is $10 with validation, which you can obtain at the main entrance, tour center, or any dining outlet. 

check-in: Upon arrival, present your QR code ticket at the main entrance. From there, you will receive a guide map and can freely explore the ship.

Entertainment: Head over to the Observation Bar to enjoy live music, visit the tour center to learn more about guided tours, explore exhibits onboard, stroll the decks, and have fun in the game room.

Dining: While aboard the Queen Maty, grab small bites in the Observation Bar, enjoy a treat on the go from Midship Marketplace, or enjoy a sit-down meal with views of the Long Beach Harbor in Promenade Café or Chelsea Chowder House.
