Last CERT Training of the Year 11/13 - 11/15

The CERT program educates people about disaster preparedness and trains them in basic disaster response skills such as fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and disaster medical operations.

Using the training learned in the classroom and during exercises, CERT members can assist others in their neighborhood or workplace following an event when professional responders are not immediately available to help. CERT members also are encouraged to support emergency response agencies by taking a more active role in emergency preparedness projects in their communities.

Nov. 13-15, 2015

The CERT training is 24 hours. Typically, training takes place over a Friday 6-10pm and go through Saturday and Sunday from 8am-5:00pm. 7-week deliveries are one night a week on Wednesdays from 6-9:30pm and one Saturday on the last week from 8am-3:30pm.

This training is FREE!
